RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

<li>Primary Technical Contact: Be the self-directed technical point of contact for all aspects of assigned projects.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Design Engineer position supports both the Engineering and Sales teams across ISAT’s nationwide branches. You will be responsible for preparing custom engineering packages, providing technical support, producing accurate drawings, managing project files, and working closely with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional engineering solutions.
This role blends engineering design, project coordination, technical communication, and product knowledge.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Assist Custom Engineering Lead/Project Manager – will work under the guidance of a Lead Design Engineer who assigns all engineering tasks; may also be assigned directly to a project management team; should be in constant contact with whomever they directly report to, updating them on tasks and letting them know their status at the end of day. </li>
<li>Custom Engineer – responsible for daily custom engineering packages which typically include, but are not limited to, one of the following: basic anchor calcs, custom suspended support designs, wall supports, riser supports, and roof mounted designs.</li>
<li>Billing – must understand our billing tracking software (Nexus) and how to input ALL hours whether it is for a project, administrative, or personal leave. </li>
<li>Gather Information for Custom Engineering Packages (Basic) – with the assistance of Senior Engineers, must be able to communicate with PMs, sales staff, and even clients to obtain all necessary information regarding the engineering documents needed for your tasks. </li>
<li>Custom Engineer Package Submittals – must be able to build basic custom engineering submittals including coversheets, back up calcs, and supporting documents. </li>
<li>Detail Drafting – must be able to create accurate details using AutoCAD and/or Revit for all custom engineering packages using the right annotations, scale, and callouts for such things as welds, torque, and correct parts and pieces. </li>
<li>Generate Quotes - Work directly with Salesmen and Branch PM's to help generate scope of work forms, and quotations for services. </li>
<li>Seismic Layouts – must have a in depth knowledge of the ISAT manual and rules for laying out standard bracing, including how to create a bracing legend, coversheet, and correctly annotated layout on projects for all trades, configurations, and for the CBC, IBC, and UFC.</li>
<li>Product Knowledge - Have an in-depth knowledge of what products/parts could be utilized on projects and be able to apply the ISAT line of supported products. Able to create and catalog new applications of support systems and help create better solutions for the future. </li>
<li>Communication – must be able to communicate in all forms of correspondence folders and related to projects associated with; will create transmittals, send follow up emails after coordination meetings, etc.; all related communication needs to be electronically documented in project folders, and CC’d to the Lead. </li>
<li>Project File Management – must have a working knowledge of our file structure and be able to keep all file folders current and organized; must understand where various files need to be put so all personnel have them readily and easily available.</li>
<li>Program Proficiency – must learn the basics of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, Bluebeam and NEXUS.</li>
<li>Code Knowledge – will acquire a basic knowledge of all codes pertinent to custom engineering, particularly the ASCE-7, IBC, UFC and how they govern seismic engineering. </li>

Scope of the Function
This role supports the US Customer Success Manager and key teams (Sales, Order Fulfilment, Operations, Finance, and Farm Services) by managing order entry, add-on sales, product information/tracking, and coordination on past-due accounts. Program Summary
The Children and Family Services programs include Head Start, Early Head Start, State Pre-Kindergarten, Home Based Services, and Developmental Play Groups. Over 900 children birth through kindergarten entry and 32 expectant parents and their families receive child development and comprehensive family services through the Unity Council. The programs are diverse, multilingual, developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive, and individualized for each child and family services are provided in seven centers and one home based program throughout Oakland and Contra Costa County.

Position Summary
Under the guidance of the Center Director, the Floater Teacher provides quality care giving for preschool aged children and/or infants and toddlers in a safe and supervised early care and education setting. Promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children enrolled in the program.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:</li>
<li>Provides breaks for teachers in the classroom as scheduled by Center Director;</li>
<li>Substitutes as a teacher in the classroom as needed, including supporting during teacher prep time;</li>
<li>Fills in as a classroom teacher as needed for extended absences, including completion of paperwork assigned to teachers; </li>
<li>Assists in implementing daily activities that are focused on the child’s interests and needs; </li>
<li>Maintains effective and professional relationships with enrolled families; </li>
<li>Assists in utilizing classroom materials and routines to promote an environment conductive to appropriate levels of development, interests, and specific needs of the children; </li>
<li>Assists in maintaining a safe and healthy classroom environment in accordance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, Title 5, and Title 22 Regulations; </li>
<li>Attend regular staff meetings as scheduled by Center Director and Management; </li>
<li>Complete a minimum of 21 hours of Professional Development annually, including college courses towards a Teacher Permit as determined by the Professional Development Coordinator;</li>
<li>Supports with daily sanitizing and laundry at the site following health and safety protocols;</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by Center Director and Management. </li>

Qualifications

Job Description 
The Assistant Project Manager will be a member of VBC's U.S. Project Delivery Team. In this role you will assist with managing the development and execution of a project(s) from early design through manufacturing. Starting with the design phase, you will work cross-functionally with internal departments and stakeholders to help turn the concept into reality. You will use project management tools, processes, and best practice methodologies to assist in the management scope, schedule, and cost. 
This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in the AEC or manufacturing sectors who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work alongside project managers and cross-functional teams to support the delivery of innovative modular construction projects. The role offers hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle and is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is eager to grow into a leadership position over time. 
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for representing VBC, both internally and externally, in a manner that aligns with our brand and core values. 
Key Responsibilities 
Project Lifecycle Support

<li>Assisting managing projects from concept through design, manufacturing, construction, and client handoff under PM supervision.</li>
<li>Prepare, submit, and manage approval of all submittals.</li>

Job Summary The Supervising Facility Manager is responsible for overall management of the facility day-to-day operations that they are assigned to within Beloved Ones STRTP.
 Responsibilities • Supports BOSTRTP mission, vision, philosophies and goals • Adheres to the requirements and regulations as set forth by the Title 22, the latest Interim Licensing .
