This is a great opportunity to work on challenging problems as part of a new DataOps Platform team. Developing an enterprise-wide DataOps platform is a new initiative. Stepping on decades of experience in dealing with some of industry's most vital data-intensive applications, HHS approaches solving the problems at enterprise scale using modern technologies such as Kubernetes, GitOps and containerization
Duties &amp; Responsibilities
The DataOps Platforms team:
· Develops and continuously improves DataOps platform.
· Develops and maintains common tools and libraries.
· Evaluates new technologies and practices.
· Helps developers with adoption of platform.
· Ensures compliance with the Federal application security regulations and standards by providing automated solutions and compliance pipelines.
· Embraces agile development and continuous improvement
· Encourages growth mindset and offers leadership opportunities at any level
Required Skills:
· 7+ years of experience
· Strong coding skills in at least one programing language are required (Python, C++, ...)
· Kubernetes, containerization
· Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud services
· Apache Kafka, Google Cloud Pub/Sub or equivalent
· Apache AirFlow or equivalent
· Experience with data processing applications and modern cloud-based data processing infrastructure
· Linux command-line skills

Mission Partner Integration - IMD SME
The Garrett Group (TGG) is hiring for a mid-level Mission Partner Integration SME in support of USSTRATCOM J7 general, campaign, and strategic assessments tasks including day-to-day, crisis action, and Tier 1 exercises. Duties include drafting, editing, and publishing (as required) Strategic, Campaign, and Crisis Planning Assessments; and collecting and analyzing data including, finished intelligence, open source reports, after action reports, and component inputs. Examples of analysis include: identification of operational shortfalls, risks, vulnerabilities, and capability gaps; identification of factors leading to progression toward/regression from Campaign objectives; identification of military and strategic risks and vulnerabilities; and doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) gaps.
Position requirements:

<li>Possess at least 7 years of total experience in Global Strike, Space, IMD and/or NC3 </li>
<li>Possess at least 2 years of experience in USSTRATCOM JFCC IMD or Missile Defense Agency and/or National-level IMD plans, policies and objectives</li>
<li>Critical thinking skills, both qualitatively and quantitatively</li>
<li>Ability to prepare a well-grounded, defensible argument</li>
<li>Understand the interrelationships between domain of expertise and other domains</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization desired</li>
<li>At least 2 years' experience conducting mission analysis, developing objectives, effects/measures.</li>
<li>Strong technical and analytical skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team of effectiveness, tasks/measures of performance, and indicators.</li>
