Responsabilidades, Deberes y Tareas Esenciales
El deber primordial de la persona que ocupa esta plaza consiste en la ejecución de las siguientes tareas de acuerdo con las políticas, directrices y procedimientos de la Compañía

<li>Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos en el lugar de trabajo.</li>
<li>Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos de salud y seguridad.</li>
<li>Capacitar a empleados en normas de seguridad, uso de equipo de protección personal (EPP) y manejo de emergencias.</li>
<li>Realizar inspecciones y auditorías de seguridad para garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones locales y federales.</li>
<li>Investigar accidentes, incidentes y condiciones inseguras, proponiendo medidas correctivas.</li>
<li>Mantener registros y reportes de seguridad, asegurando cumplimiento normativo.</li>
<li>Colaborar con departamentos internos para mejorar prácticas de seguridad y bienestar.</li>
<li>Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas como OSHA, EPA u otras aplicables.</li>
</ol>
 
Requisitos del Puesto

Para desempeñarse con éxito en este puesto, la persona debe poder realizar cada tarea a cabalidad. Los requisitos descritos a continuación son representativos del conocimiento, destrezas y habilidades requeridas. Acomodo razonable puede ser facilitado para que personas con impedimentos puedan desempeñar dichas funciones.
<ul>
<li>Bachillerato en Ingeniería Industrial, educación en Seguridad Ocupacional, Salud Ambiental, o campo relacionado.</li>
<li>Experiencia previa en salud y seguridad ocupacional (generalmente 2-5 años).</li>
<li>Conocimiento de normativas de seguridad laboral (OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, etc.).</li>
<li>Habilidades de comunicación y capacitación efectiva.</li>
<li>Capacidad analítica para evaluar riesgos y proponer soluciones.</li>
<li>Certificaciones en seguridad (como CSP, ASP o similar) son un plus.</li>

Resumen:
El/La Oficial de Mercadeo será responsable de llevar a cabo las diferentes actividades para el mercadeo y acopio de “Leads” y que estos redunden en el reclutamiento y admisión de estudiantes de acuerdo a las proyecciones de matrícula institucional hacia el logro de las metas establecidas.
Tareas y Responsabilidades Esenciales:
<ul>
<li>Recluta y orienta conforme a las políticas institucionales y de acuerdo a las proyecciones de matrícula establecidas. Además, deberá dominar los procesos y funcionamiento de mercadeo y conocimiento de las políticas institucionales.</li>
<li>Orienta a los prospectos y estudiantes a través del ofrecimiento de información correcta y veraz relacionada a licencias, acreditación, ubicación, facilidades, equipos, programas académicos, tasa de empleabilidad, servicios y credenciales, entre otras.</li>
<li>Coordina y participa de las diferentes actividades para el mercadeo, reclutamiento y admisión de estudiantes conforme al Plan de Trabajo de la Institución, de acuerdo a las proyecciones de matrícula institucional hacia el logro de las metas establecidas.</li>
<li>Genera un número de “Leads” mínimo según establecidos, en proporción al tipo de actividad desarrollada y las metas establecidas por término.</li>
<li>Mantiene al día la data en el sistema de información de todos los prospectos, de acuerdo al procedimiento establecido.</li>
<li>Logra la conversión de las cuotas de: “Leads” a matrícula, necesarias para lograr alcanzar las metas establecidas para cada término.</li>
<li>Asiste al estudiante en la búsqueda de documentos para completar expedientes.</li>
<li>Representa a la Institución profesionalmente, manteniendo una imagen profesional adecuada, según requerida para su posición y de acuerdo a los parámetros establecidos por la Institución.</li>
<li>Mantiene un directorio actualizado de escuelas superiores, instituciones educativas y otras fuentes incluyendo el personal a cargo de brindar información.</li>
<li>Canaliza todas las peticiones de propuestas de actividades promocionales con el/la Coordinador(a).</li>
<li>Colabora en los procesos de orientación, matrícula, activación y en el proceso de completar expedientes, cuando sea necesario.</li>
</ul>
Educación/Experiencia:
<ul>
<li>Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas con especialidad en Mercadeo o áreas relacionadas.</li>
<li>Experiencia mínima de dos (2) años en ventas y servicios.</li>
<li>Excelentes destrezas tecnológicas; MS Office, Teams, Skype, Campus Nexus, Velocify, Nexogy, entre otros.</li>
<li>Poseer auto y licencia de conducir vigente.</li>
<li>Disponibilidad para viajar, según le sea requerido.</li>
