This job requirement is to fill a full-time onsite position in support of a Federal Government entity located in the vicinity of Washington, DC. The staffing position is requested to provide the operation and overall technical assistance in support of AV / VTC systems for the Government customer. The position will report to the Government customer site daily during normal working hours and fall under the direction of the Government customer lead, as well as the iSoft Director of Operations. Working hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 – 5:00 p.m. Federal Holidays observed. Some after-hour and weekend work may be requested by the Customer with the opportunity for overtime. This position is funded by a renewable, annual contract with the Federal Government customer.
VTC/AV support specialist is responsible for all aspects of Government customer video conferencing systems to include end user support for all scheduled unclassified VTC sessions and broad technical support for AV rooms and equipment. This person will be part of a reliable onsite team responsible for all AV/VTC related issues and therefore must carry an experienced and proven background exhibiting proficiency in AV/VTC technical capabilities in order to troubleshoot hardware configurations for a variety of AV/VTC systems including but not limited to: Crestron / AMX control systems, Cisco / Poly VTC codecs, MS Teams and similar soft video applications, amps, speakers, mics, DSPs, video switchers, displays, projectors, AV bridges, etc.). In addition to identifying and resolving technical issues, responsibilities will include setup / staging and facilitation of VTC and soft conferencing sessions (i.e. MS Teams, ZoomfG, Webex, etc.)
Must be able to train other room operators in setup, connect, operation and basic troubleshooting.
An additional list of job responsibilities is as follows:

<li>Serve as the primary Point-of-Contact for all video teleconferencing related issues. Duties shall include, but not be limited to:</li>

<li>Respond to phone calls from the main conference room AV help number.</li>
<li>Respond to a schedule of all unclassified VTC or MS Teams sessions.</li>
<li>Establishing connectivity prior to the start of any conference room VTC or MS Teams session to verify equipment is functional and VTC participants are on-line as requested</li>
<li>Providing in room support during VTC or MS Teams sessions for Flag-level VTC sessions, or as requested</li>

<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all the unclassified audio/visual systems and components (DVD, VCR, scanners, audio, display units, projectors, AMX room control systems, etc.) installed in the various Base conference rooms, including assistance and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Report any needed hardware fixes or replacements.</li>
<li>Provide assistance to users by setting up necessary conference room A/V systems for briefings, presentations, and conferences.</li>
<li>Be available for travel to a local off-site conference location for Audio/Visual equipment/system configuration, setup and support</li>
<li>Train government personnel to setup, connect, operate and provide basic troubleshooting of the VTC suite.</li>
<li>Provide routine checks of audio/visual and VTC equipment. Report issues found to the government and work with the government to develop courses of action to address them.</li>
<li>Provide improvements to A/V systems when deemed necessary by the Customer.</li>
<li>Update and manage inventory of AV / VTC systems equipment and software.</li>
<li>Make recommendations for acquiring A/V and VTC system hardware and software and for improvements to existing A/V and VTC.</li>
<li>Assist customers with set up and streaming of audio and video content for IPTV, the Customer’s video-on-demand system and PC-based video communications software – to include Microsoft Teams and Zoom for government. Streaming content is to include live events as well as pre-recorded events/training and television channels.</li>
<li>Provide AV equipment/system configuration, setup and onsite support for outdoor events held on patios, tents, etc. at adjacent customer sites.</li>

The F-16 program has the largest Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in U.S. history producing over 4,500 jets for 24 countries. Each F-16 FMS case is uniquely tailored to country requirements / development / funding. Presently, FMS production orders exist through 2030. Additionally, the F-16 program includes the Multi-National Fighter Program (MNFP). MNFP is not a typical FMS program, but a unique, cooperative USAF and development program implemented through the FMS process under the framework of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

As the Cloud Assessment Manager, you report to the Program Manager and will work directly with the government director, responsible for ensuring the team completes all deliverables on schedule and on time. Additionally, the Cloud Assessment Manager will ensure all products and artifacts produced for the government are in accordance with quality requirements as per the contract PWS. You will oversee (but not conduct) analysis, independent validations of assessments, and Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) for authorized CSPs and CSOs.
This role is remote, but will involve travelling to Ft Meade, MD as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Manages nine Cybersecurity Engineers (Mid and Sr) to ensure deliverables are on time and of the required quality.</li>
<li>Responsible for metrics and tracking all Cloud Assessment deliverables. Prioritizes requirements as needed IAW government. Provides complete and timely Weekly Playbook, Monthly One-Pager, Monthly Status Report (MSR) and Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) for Cloud Assessment section (RE2).</li>
<li>Prepares slide decks and information papers for the government as needed.</li>
<li>Meets with division leads and directors are required.</li>
<li>Manages staff to ensure proper prep and delivery of up to 30 Cloud Security Assessment Packages annually, each including validated cybersecurity controls, certifier recommendations, and a statement of residual risk.</li>
<li>Ensures technical kickoff meetings are successful.</li>
<li>Promotes documented and refined assessment procedures and validation best practices to align with DoDI 8510.01 and the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG).</li>
<li>Oversees completion of:

<li>Cloud Security Assessment Packages in accordance with established guidelines, including the SAR, POA&amp;M, and any Deviation Requests.</li>

<li>Formal DoD Provisional Authorization memoranda, detailing authorization length, CSO boundary, services provided, operating conditions, DoD usage considerations, and follow-on activities.</li>
<li>Cloud Service Provider (CSP) documentation packages following government guidance and procedures, including key artifacts such as the Cloud Architecture Diagram, System Security Plan (SSP), SSP Addendum, Readiness Assessment Report (RAR), System Architecture, Security Assessment Plan (SAP), Security Assessment Report (SAR), and associated Plans of Action &amp; Milestones (POA&amp;Ms).</li>
<li>Validated CSO controls within eMASS or other government-provided Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools; ensure accurate tracking in the Mission Status Report (MSR).</li>
<li>Customer Responsibility Matrix (CRM), ensuring proper control inheritance is reflected in eMASS/GRC systems.</li>
<li>Review, analysis, and processing of additional documents including Change Requests, Extension Requests, Deviation Requests, Whitelist Requests, Corrective Action Plans, templates, process guide approvals, and continuous monitoring (ConMon) artifacts for existing Provisional Authorizations.</li>
<li>Upload authorization conditions as system-level POA&amp;Ms in eMASS and monitor their resolution.</li>
<li>DoD Cloud Process Guide, including all checklists, templates, forms, and guidance documents and ongoing development and annual updates.</li>
<li>Internal requirements and how-to guides for assessors conducting CSP validations.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience
