Requirements:

<li>Lead end-to-end project execution for crash safety and operational strength attribute development from concept through production</li>
<li>Coordinate across Engineering, Safety, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Testing teams to deliver solutions that meet vehicle structural requirements</li>
<li>Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for crash testing programs and durability validation activities</li>
<li>Drive resolution of technical issues related to crashworthiness, structural integrity, and durability performance</li>
<li>Establish and track key performance indicators for crash and strength attributes against vehicle targets</li>
<li>Facilitate test reviews, risk assessments, and benchmark studies</li>
<li>Manage relationships with external suppliers, testing facilities, and regulatory bodies</li>
<li>Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules, status reports, and technical specifications</li>
<li>Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track</li>
<li>Support regulatory compliance efforts for FMVSS crash standards and strength and durability requirements</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or management consulting with a focus on automotive product development</li>
<li>Strong understanding of vehicle testing especially crash safety and strength and durability testing.</li>
<li>Comfortable leading through ambiguity and enabling teams to perform in this environment</li>
<li>Proficient in project management tools or processes required to manage complex projects (i.e., Gantt chart, risk matrix, Smartsheet, Polarion, Jira, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Jira, etc.)</li>
<li>Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills are a must, ability to create visualizations of KPIs and project risks</li>

Bonus Qualifications

<li>Project Manager Professional certification (PMP) or equivalent</li>
