Our client is a leading energy company seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic Salesforce Platform Team. This is an excellent contract opportunity for an experienced developer to work on enterprise-level Salesforce solutions supporting critical business operations. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Support data migration, transformation, and quality initiatives within the Salesforce platform
• Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects in a timely manner
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization

Requirements

• 11-15 years of IT engineering experience with strong Salesforce development background
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
• Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and middleware platforms
• Experience with data migration and ETL processes
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
