Qualis LLC is seeking a Security Manager – ISSM for our government customer at Eglin AFB, FL. 

Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Provide advice and assistance services in support of the implementation of cybersecurity safeguards while developing, coordinating, and implementing short- and long-term strategies during acquisition program development.</li>

<li>Perform, assess, write, manage, and/or maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) credentials while interpreting and integrating all applicable policies, instructions, and procedures according to appropriate Security Classification Guides (SCGs)</li>
<li>Cybersecurity support will require certifications such as (but not exclusively) Security+, Network+, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).</li>
<li>Provide advice and assistance services by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of classified ISs and data using Air Force approved network engineering practices, information security standards, approved industry best practices, and by employing approved new technologies.</li>
<li>Advise and assist the Government in performing initial and recurring Authorization of systems or networks at the appropriate protection level as directed by the appropriate cognizant authority.</li>
<li>Security Planning and Documentation: Develops and maintains essential security documentation, including: </li>
<li>System Security Plan (SSP): A comprehensive document that describes the security controls implemented on the system.</li>
<li>Security Assessment Report (SAR): Documents the results of security assessments and identify vulnerabilities.</li>
<li>Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&amp;M): Tracks the progress of remediating vulnerabilities and implementing security controls.</li>
<li>Assessment and Authorization (A&amp;A): Plays a vital role in the A&amp;A process, which is the process of obtaining authorization to operate (ATO) a system. This involves: </li>
<li>Preparing the system for security assessments.</li>
<li>Working with security assessors to identify vulnerabilities.</li>
<li>Developing and implementing corrective action plans.</li>
<li>Presenting the system to the Authorizing Official (AO) for approval.</li>
<li>Configuration Management: The ISSM ensures that the information system is configured securely and that all changes are properly authorized and documented.</li>
<li>Access Control: Manages access control to the information system, ensuring that only authorized users have access to sensitive data.</li>
<li>Vulnerability Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates vulnerabilities in the information system. Conducting vulnerability scans. Applying security patches.</li>
<li>Implementing other security measures to protect against known vulnerabilities.</li>
<li>Collaboration and Communication: Works closely with other cybersecurity professionals, system administrators, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the information system is secure.</li>

Requirements
Required Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor’s Degree in applicable discipline, additional experience may be substituted for the degree.</li>

Client is looking for a full-time Data Analyst to support the district’s efforts to establish a continuum of care implementation plan to address gaps in service delivery for youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
Complete Description: &nbsp;Client requires the services of a full-time Data Analyst to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to help support the agency’s Continuum of Care project. The primary goal of the initiative is to support improved outcomes for youth and families by creating a plan to facilitate the development of a continuum of care for at-risk youth in the District of Columbia. The Data Analyst will collaborate with the Project Director as well as government and community stakeholders in D.C. to identify and collect data relevant to the development of a plan for the establishment of a continuum of care to address gaps in service delivery for youth involved in and at risk of involvement in the juvenile justice system. A well-resourced continuum of care should include a wide range of supports, from community-based prevention services for youth at risk of system involvement, to diversion and intervention services that prevent youth from penetrating deeper into the juvenile justice system, as well as re-entry services to help support with community reintegration following a period of detention.
The Data Analyst will organize and conduct research, and analyze data to support the creation of an implementation plan for the development of a continuum of care for at-risk youth in the district, that at minimum includes asset mapping, a gap analysis, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, and a report detailing the continuum of care plan with an implementation timeline.
Specific Duties:
1.Attend monthly meetings with the Project Director and client staff to update the agency regarding the status of the project, including progress and any challenges encountered.
2.Attend Planning Council meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to identify key data points for tracking and monitoring.
