El Rol:
El Gerente de Proyectos es responsable de establecer y liderar proyectos de IT estratégicos multifuncionales y de toda la empresa de Genera PR. El puesto proporciona liderazgo para proyectos empresariales y gestionados de IT/OT con componentes tecnológicos. Esta posición impulsa la mejora continua de los procesos y resultados comerciales e IT/OT.
El Gerente de Proyectos se basa en el impacto estratégico de los proyectos de IT/OT asignados, el alcance de la implementación y la complejidad del despliegue. Algunas de las funciones de supervisión del rol pasan a la organización de soporte al final de la implementación (por ejemplo, mesa de ayuda, gestión del conocimiento, consultoría empresarial y capacitación). Esto incluye garantizar que los resultados del proyecto sean del más alto calibre, con un alcance claramente articulado y una realización de valor/beneficio comercial cuantificable. Este rol también es responsable de garantizar que se lleve a cabo la capacitación y la gestión del cambio, gestionar y motivar al equipo del proyecto, así como resolver los conflictos del equipo
Lo que harás:

<li>Gestiona cuestiones comerciales altamente complejas que surgen de la implementación de nuevas tecnologías, procesos y/o funciones.</li>
<li>Mantiene y controla el presupuesto, cronograma y recursos del proyecto.</li>
<li>Responsable de todas las facetas de nuestros proyectos de IT/OT, incluida la planificación de proyectos, la asignación de recursos y la gestión de la estructura organizativa del equipo.</li>
<li>Responsable de las comunicaciones del proyecto, en conjunto con el patrocinador empresarial.</li>
<li>Gestiona el alcance del proyecto, el riesgo y la resolución de problemas.</li>
<li>Responsable de la calidad de los entregables del proyecto.</li>
<li>Gestiona la integración de soluciones en la arquitectura técnica empresarial y el entorno empresarial.</li>
<li>Responsable de garantizar que el proyecto pueda ofrecer los beneficios descritos en el caso de negocio y que cumpla con las expectativas razonables de los usuarios finales.</li>
<li>Mantiene total autonomía para la gestión del proyecto para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio, como se describe en el caso de negocio.</li>
<li>Aportan su experiencia y contribuyen a la agenda general.</li>
<li>Gestiona el alcance, los objetivos y los entregables del proyecto que respaldan los objetivos comerciales en colaboración con la alta dirección y las partes interesadas.</li>
<li>Comunica eficazmente las expectativas del proyecto a los miembros del equipo y a las partes interesadas de manera oportuna y clara.</li>
<li>Entiende los beneficios comerciales de un proyecto al comprender los indicadores de desempeño comercial y mapearlos con los objetivos de los proyectos de IT/OT.</li>
<li>Se adhiere a estándares, políticas y procedimientos internos.</li>
<li>Realizar trabajos importantes de restauración de tormentas y simulacros asociados según lo asignado.</li>
<li>Se requiere trabajar horas adicionales según sea necesario.</li>
<li>Realiza otras tareas que se le asignen.</li>
<li>Fomenta un ambiente positivo de trabajo que motive a las personas y grupos a alcanzar sus metas en la organización.</li>
<li>Otras tareas a fines con el puesto, que se puedan requerir por necesidad operacional.</li>
</ul>

Requisitos:
<ul>
<li>Bachillerato en Ciencias de la Computación o Sistemas de Información, o en un campo relacionado de una institución universitaria debidamente acreditada en Estados Unidos o Puerto Rico.</li>
<li>Experiencia en ejecución y capacidad de proyectos, incluidos todos los aspectos del desarrollo y ejecución de procesos.</li>
<li>Cinco (5) años de experiencia en la industria de IT/OT y responsabilidad de liderazgo en la gestión a nivel de proyectos, equipos medianos a grandes e influenciando a la gerencia de alto nivel y a las partes interesadas clave.</li>
<li>Preferiblemente Certificaciones Agile y Scrum Master.</li>
<li>Certificación PMP.</li>
<li>Hábil y disponible para la obtención de la certificación de credenciales en transportación (TWIC). </li>
<li>Conocimiento en Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Dominio del idioma inglés, obligatorio.</li>
<li>Licencia de conducir vigente en P.R. </li>
<li>Colaboración en equipo y destrezas interpersonales para asegurar la realización eficiente de las tareas.</li>
<li>Pensamiento crítico para analizar los procesos de trabajo e implementar mejoras en el día a día.</li>
<li>Optimización del tiempo para garantizar la planificación y la priorización de las tareas y proyectos.</li>
<li>Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad ante los cambios de la necesidad operacional.</li>
<li>Habilidad para mantener confidencialidad de la información y documentos, trabajar bajo presión, cumplir con metas y fechas límites.</li>
<li>Habilidad para trabajar en equipo, destrezas interpersonales, liderazgo, supervisión y orientado a ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional.</li>
