We’re looking for engineers who can function in a dynamic and exciting flight test environment. Our engineers plan and complete testing of Boeing commercial and military derivative aircraft to assure product safety, performance, and regulatory certification. The Program Manager, Fiber Design &amp; Construction (FDC) - Integration &amp; Expansion role serves as a central operational leader driving market expansion, M&amp;A readiness, integration, and post-transaction stabilization for Ziply Fiber’s growth initiatives. This PMO leader will work at the intersection of network engineering, finance, legal, regulatory, construction, product, and executive leadership to ensure that Ziply can expand rapidly and sustainably—while meeting the increased governance expectations that come with evolving ownership structures. This is a hands-on PMO role requiring strong business acumen, comfort with ambiguity, structured thinking, and the ability to orchestrate complex, multi-functional workstreams under tight timelines.

· Coordinate cross-functional alignment across FDC, Legal, Finance and Regulatory to support entity changes, compliance obligations and updated operating requirements.

· Maintain clear visibility into risks tied to the transition, execute mitigation plans &amp; provide structured updates. 
· Support updates to contracts, permits &amp; 3rd party agreements needed to operate under the new entity framework. 
 
Adjacent Market Expansion

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

Summary
