The Role…
At Soho House a Server (Part-Time) is responsible for understanding, discussing and educating members and guests all menu items, allergies associated (if applicable) while also presenting an approachable and elevated experience by following Soho House Service Standards. The Server plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of service and guest satisfaction. Also, collaborates with other team members and completes pre-service and post-service duties, accurately entering orders into POS and being attentive during service to support additional member or guest request.
A successful Server maintains a positive and influential attitude, is detail oriented, process driven and flexible while working under pressure to ensure seamless communication is maintained through the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff.
Main Duties
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain professional relationships with all coworkers and management as well as complete checklists on all trained processes learned in Club School.</li>
<li>Positively influence members and guests experience by elevating the dining experience with food and drink pairing options and discussing specials to drive sales through consistent and approachable communication and the highest level of service in accordance with Soho House Standards.</li>
<li>Maintain communication and advise Management and Executive Chef on any allergies or potential red flags encountered throughout the night to mitigate any forecasted risk.</li>
<li>Complete all check out reports at the end of each shift and have it double checked and signed by management.</li>
<li>Adhere to health and safety policies as well as all Company policies, procedures, standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable.</li>
<li>Ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out correctly before appropriately serving to members/guests.</li>
<li>Assist runners and bussers when possible with expo and service bar tickets to support all table orders.</li>
<li>Clean and stock server alley and bar area, polish silverware, plates and/or glassware as needed.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions who asked by members and/or guests.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.</li>

Our&nbsp;Merchandisers&nbsp;play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. Over the course of distribution, Merchandising is the final stop in getting beverages into our customer's hands. After the Delivery team delivers product to the store, a Merchandiser will stock and rotate our products so they are ready to sell. This position works closely with our Delivery, Sales, and retail partners, to provide exceptional customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>In retail accounts, work product from store back stock and/or delivery loads; handling cases, bottles and cans of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages for the purpose of sale or storage. This includes filling and rotating product in cold boxes, on dry shelves, and building and maintaining displays with POS (point of sale) as necessary.</li>
<li>Drive personal vehicle on assigned route. Merchandisers do not transport any product in personal vehicles, nor to and from any locations.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts. Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, Supervisors, Managers and others you come into contact with throughout your job</li>

Core Function
Provide direct support to individuals in activities of daily living.
 
Major Tasks Required of Position:

<li>Training Delivery: Facilitate inclusive, interactive sessions, in-person and hands-on, for employees across departments.</li>
<li>Onboarding Support: Support Human Resource with on-board training and paperwork as assigned. </li>
<li>Methodology Adaptation: Adjust teaching styles and materials to meet diverse learner needs and varying levels of experience.</li>
<li>Curriculum Development: Assist in developing and updating training content, job aids, and assessment tools.</li>
<li>Certification Management: Complete company-paid training to become certified as a Residential Services Trainer, Peer Coach, and First Aid/CPR Trainer; maintain all required credentials.</li>
<li>Peer Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and on-the-job mentoring to reinforce learning and support performance improvement.</li>
<li>Compliance Oversight: Monitor and report on training completion rates, compliance with DDA requirements, and continuing education progress.</li>

Time/Hourly Commitment:
This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate early trainings, staff availability, or agency events. The position may involve occasional travel between supported sites for on-the-job training or coaching.
