Qualifications:
</li>
<li>
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the construction industry. (AP, AR and reconciliations)
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices in a high-volume office.
</li>
<li>
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Timberline) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
</li>
<li>
Work in Progress (WIP) payments and project budget management. 
</li>
<li>
Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively.
</li>
<li>
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of lien waivers, work-in-progress payments, and project-based coding is a plus.
</li>
<li>
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
