 Job Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Maintain professional knowledge by having current lifeguard, CPR, basic life support, and AED certifications and regular in-service training.</li>
<li>Provides guests with a safe swimming facility by maintaining your zone of protection, making save, and making safety checks as necessary.</li>
<li>Serve guests by checking them into the facility and answering questions</li>
<li>Maintains professional skills by swimming on a regular basis and working on skills with other lifeguards.</li>
<li>Maintains operations by following defined procedures and guidelines, filling out reports, and acting on the situation if there is an incident.</li>
<li>Maintains pool appearance by vacuuming the pool, cleaning pool tiles, and keeping the pool deck clean.</li>
<li>Maintains lake appearance by raking the beach, setting up/taking down chairs and umbrellas, cleaning inflatables and boats, and inspecting equipment for safety.</li>
<li>Maintains appearance of the facilities by cleaning bathrooms, pool deck, rugs, sauna room, beach area, and washing towels.</li>
<li>Maintains work area by picking up trash and shoveling snow.</li>
<li>Assist guests with launching boats from the beach and provide related information to guests.</li>
<li>Provide daily startup and shutdown of the pool and lake facilities.</li>
<li>Enforce established guidelines for guest safety and experience.</li>
<li>Maintains appearance of areas by raking beach, mowing grass, tending to the landscaping, and keeping the workplace clean and tidy.</li>
<li>Lifeguard, CPR, BLS, and AED certifications (On job training will be provided)</li>

SUMMARY:
The TRX Training Center &amp; TRX Training Club is searching for motivating fitness leaders to lead TRX training sessions and classes driven by challenging exercises, excellent guidance, and an unforgettable atmosphere at our state-of-the-art Delray Beach, Florida, facility. TRX is seeking instructors who can oversee large group classes and personalized training sessions. Additionally, we are looking for individuals to join our team of coaches on the TRX Training Club (available on the TRX App), delivering both live and pre-recorded workout sessions to our global audience through the TRX App.
The TRX Coach is vital in boosting sales and retaining members in our studio. They work closely with the sales team to convert memberships and build lasting relationships with members for increased engagement and loyalty. We're looking for skilled coaches who are enthusiastic team players committed to our studio's growth.
As a coach for the TRX Training Center and TRX Training Club, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of effectively handling various fitness levels within a dynamic setting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
