• Put scorebooks and score clocks in their proper place after the league games are over. 
• Pick up towels, uniforms and debris as needed. Check that the environment is safe for play. Make sure balls are secure during play. 
• Store equipment in storage closet neatly. 
• Properly complete your part-time payroll form, located in the S&amp;F storage closet, after each session worked. 
• Understand the JCC's emergency procedures.

JOB SUMMARY
The Licensing Specialist plays a pivotal role in serving children and families in need through the Foster Care program of One More Child. The Licensing Specialist will support the care and development of abused, neglected, and orphaned children by recruiting, licensing, and re-licensing foster parents and will provide on-going training and support to those licensed foster parents. It requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet with families in their homes, teach classes, as well as recruit foster families.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

<li>Meet and maintain the One More Child caseload standards and goals, as outlined by the Foster Care leadership.</li>
<li>Recruit Christian foster homes that meet or exceed the quality standards of the program.</li>
<li>Represent OMC at booths/speaking events as well as internal meetings as assigned.</li>
<li>Provide foster families and/or ensure foster families are linked with opportunities to receive all necessary training and to ensure that training is complete, current, and compliant with program standards.</li>
<li>License and relicense all Foster Homes on the caseload in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Visit Foster Homes quarterly and as needed to ensure Foster Care quality standards are met and to comply with local CBC/DCF expectations.</li>
<li>Ensure that every child placed in an OMC foster home for 30 days or more has a documented exposure to the Gospel.</li>
<li>Provide general support for all OMC Foster Families and to assist with providing 24-hour on-call support/coverage to the families, which includes, but is not limited to, answering/returning calls related to placements and emergency support requests in a timely manner. </li>
<li>Coordinate placements and discharges for foster clients and to ensure at least 70% utilization of available placement beds.</li>
<li>Maintain updated case records, files, and database records in an efficient manner.</li>
<li>Participate in continuing education opportunities, including agency in-service training, professional seminars, workshops, and conferences and to ensure that all training requirements for certification as well as those required by OMC, statutes/administrative codes, and/or the local CBC/DCF are fulfilled annually.</li>

<li>Two years’ experience in the Foster Care field.</li>
<li>If not already certified, CWLC, CWCM, or CWCPI full certification through the Florida Certification Board is required within 1 year of successful completion of Pre-Service Training.

· Recreation Event Order’s (REOs)
Ø The Assistant Director of Recreation will be responsible for the completion and distribution of all Recreation Event Orders (REOs). REOs will be completed at a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event. REOs will be made for all recreation events that require either a moneybag or assistance from other departments and Chalet Rentals. The Assistant Director of Recreation will be sure to include all relevant information needed for the success of the event. This includes but is not limited to table/chair set-up, date and location of event, description of the event, menu if applicable, entertainment description, estimated number of attendees, maintenance assistance, security assistance, accounting assistance, etc.,
Ø A REO acts as a contract and a reference document for all event stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the planning and execution process.
Ø It typically includes event information (name, type, date, time), client information, event details, food and beverage options (menu, dietary requests, service times), setup and equipment, staffing requirements, timing and logistics, and special instructions.
Ø By providing a comprehensive overview of the event, REOs help prevent misunderstandings and ensure that all aspects of the event are executed as planned.
