Position Summary:
Your primary responsibility will be posting motorcycle sales deals and ensuring compliance with all legal, internal, and manufacturer requirements. You will help ensure every sale is documented, accurate, and ready to move to the next phase.&nbsp; During our slower seasons you may also participate in other duties such as lien payoffs, floorplan payments, physical inventories, account reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.&nbsp;

POSITION SUMMARY
This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of all public areas, bathrooms, pool, hallways, stairwells, business center, fitness center, elevators and banquet facility spaces as well as the exterior grounds and areas. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Vacuum the hallways on every guest room floor and all carpeting in the main level.</li>
<li>Clean elevator doors, tracks, interior and flooring.</li>
<li>Clean and dust stairwells; vacuuming as needed.</li>
<li>Dusting of light fixtures, baseboards, etc. of all areas.</li>
<li>Cleaning of all public bathrooms; toilets, sinks, floors, walls, refill soap and paper products.</li>

Essential Functions and Professional Behavior Expectations:

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS including, but not limited to the following: · Talking and hearing on telephone · Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks · Depth perception · Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces · Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position · Walking short distances for short durations · Lifting Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team members Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high &nbsp;
Qualifications 
Must be older than 17.
Must be available to work between 3-11.
Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday OR every other weekend.
