<li>Inspects completed welds to ensure structural soundness, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications</li>
<li>Performs grinding, cutting, and finishing tasks to complete fabrication processes</li>
<li>Follows all safety protocols and procedures&nbsp;for working in hazardous environments, including PPE usage and proper ventilation</li>
<li>Works closely with supervisors and team members to meet quality standards and project timelines</li>

Qualifications:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Completion of a welding apprenticeship and/or formal training program preferred</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in welding and fitting (structural steel, pipe, or fabrication setting preferred)</li>
<li>Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols</li>
<li>Strong understanding of various welding processes and their applications</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work in various positions</li>
<li>Attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to craftsmanship</li>
<li>Must pass a welding test and may be required to provide certifications</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Perform work, including oil changes, filter changes, lubrication as outlined on service ticket with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and manufacture standards.</li>
<li>Inspect and report any needed maintenance or replacements including air filters.</li>

<li>Perform Multi Point Vehicle Inspection</li>
<li>Fill out a follow up sticker and adhere it to the windshield.</li>

<li>Attend training classes</li>
<li>Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins</li>
<li>Ensure that customers’ vehicles are kept clean</li>
<li>Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of waste.</li>
