Required Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience treating pelvic health disorders.</li>
<li>Specialty certification in pelvic health physical therapy (e.g., CAPP-Pelvic, PRPC, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health care models.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate and grow a new service line.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills 
<ul>
<li>Experience with program development or leadership in a clinical setting.</li>
<li>Familiarity with EMR systems</li>
<li>Marketing or community engagement experience.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
