JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Radiological Safety Manager will provide programmatic and field implementation guidance of the site Radiological Safety Program for upcoming project scope that will include, but not be limited to, the demolition of remaining near- and below-grade components of the Main Plant Process Building; facility deactivation and demolition; contaminated soils remediation and disposition; waste management and legacy waste disposition; safeguards and security; environmental monitoring; surveillance and maintenance; and program support activities. 
The Radiological Safety Manager will oversee all aspects of the WVDP radiological safety program, will maintain regulatory compliance using prior experience and expert level understanding of Federal, State, and local regulations and of national and international radiation protection standards and recommendations, and will oversee and improve upon an established radiological safety program to ensure the Radiological Safety of the WVCA workforce, public and the environment. 
REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or safety-related technical field. </li>
<li>Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience including 3 years of supervisory/management experience. </li>
<li>Minimum of four (4) years of experience working at a nuclear facility or DOE government contractor.</li>

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS

<li>Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.</li>
<li>Directs all activities associated with the development and implementation of policies, procedures and systems supporting the Radiation Protection Program elements.</li>
<li>Develop department resources to ensure sufficient integration in to all phases of business unit; this would include training, cross training, mentoring and special project assignments.</li>
<li>Coordinate systematic sequencing of department activities to ensure reduction in redundancies and error free/defended work associated with current mission (ie. Looking at work planning and requirements.).</li>

PAY: Earn from $2,000 up to $10,000 per month (Based on an average of 20-100 completed visits per month, and pay of $100 per completed assessment). Compensation range is based on availability and assessment completion.
Location: Home, SNF, and other community environments in Bradford, Pennsylvania
Hours: Days, Evening, Nights, weekend, Flexible Scheduling
Benefits: PRN providers are non-benefited except for 401(k) and limited Voluntary Benefits

Qualifications
Must Haves:
<ul>
<li>Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure</li>
<li>Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority</li>
<li>Board certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in a Matrix approved specialty</li>
<li>Have a current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification</li>
<li>Have a Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner</li>
<li>Have strong computer skills and familiarity with Employee health/medical record software</li>
<li>Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with patient, clients and colleagues</li>
<li>Be comfortable and flexible with frequent change</li>
</ul>
Travel Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Have the ability to travel, a valid state driver license and able to drive a car, proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage for the state of residence</li>
<li>Travel required to meet patients where they live</li>

About the Position: 
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit.

Responsibilities
What to Expect:
<ul>
<li>Conduct Adult/Geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate</li>
<li>Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education, provide follow-up</li>
<li>Provide services in a variety of venues to include: Home Visits, Skilled Facility Visits</li>
