Position Overview
The Project Manager will provide full-scale leadership, coordination, and oversight of the Grades 7–8 In-Person Instructional Tutoring Program delivered across five sites within the Get Ready Gear Up Minnesota initiative. This role ensures high-quality instructional implementation aligned to Minnesota Academic Standards, effective tutor training and support, smooth program operations, and consistent communication with school partners and internal teams.
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for district leaders, site coordinators, tutors, and MasteryPrep leadership. Join our team as a Material Handler where you'll be integral to managing all inbound materials, including roll stock and various production supplies. This dynamic role encompasses the full spectrum of receiving, distribution, and precise inventory control, requiring accurate documentation and a proactive approach to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. You'll also play a crucial part in preparing and delivering materials for work-in-process, ensuring seamless operational support.
The base pay rate for this role is $20.00 to $25.50 per hour, based on experience as well as versatility on specialized motorized vehicles, including Clamp Trucks, Turret Trucks, and other PIV's.
Night shift hours are 6PM-6AM (3 to 4 days per week)
WHAT YOU’LL DO ON THE A-TEAM:
As Material Handler in the warehouse, you will:

<li>Load and unload trailers.</li>
<li>Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming items from couriers to their appropriate departments.</li>
<li>Move and organize received materials into designated warehouse locations.</li>
<li>Receive and deliver printed samples to the appropriate departments.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain inventory of all materials, including printed goods, supplies, and roll stock.</li>
<li>Inspect incoming rolls for damage, documenting and reporting any issues to purchasing.</li>
<li>Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and record their warehouse location.</li>
<li>Segregate and manage rejected or scrapped materials and deliver roll stock to the press as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and orderly warehouse and be responsible for the proper operation of all company equipment.</li>
<li>Prepare and process all outgoing shipments, including mail and freight.</li>
<li>Assist with customer warehousing and other special duties as assigned by management.</li>
<li>Handle all responsibilities safely, confidentially, and with a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.</li>

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

<li>Previous experience driving a forklift in a warehouse or Shipping and Receiving required.</li>
<li>1 year of Clamp Truck driving experience (preferred).</li>
<li>Familiarity with bill of lading. </li>
<li>Must have good driving skills and the ability to drive a fork and clamp truck into extremely tight spaces.</li>
<li>Strong written and communication skills.</li>
<li>Requires computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Current valid Drivers License.</li>
<li>Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform all pre-trip responsibilities to include checking route numbers and account numbers for assigned deliveries.</li>
<li>Perform necessary vehicle safety inspections for vehicle.</li>
<li>Drive and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route. Ensure vehicle is properly secured during drop-offs.</li>
<li>Load and unload products from vehicle using dolly or other appropriate devices safely.</li>
<li>Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures confirming receipt of product.</li>
<li>Contact management to discuss issues or concerns as they arise throughout the work day.</li>

<li>Collect money from customers and properly record transactions on company documentation, including invoices. Ensure that payment (cash, checks, etc.) are properly secured.</li>

<li>Supports the Fleet Manager by ensuring that vehicles are maintained according to schedule and records are current and correct.</li>

Minimum Requirements:

<li>Education – High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Experience – One to two years of commercial driving experience a plus Transportation of temperature controlled product experience preferred.</li>

<li>Work ethic – A sense of urgency in meeting critical and time sensitive deadlines with the ability to work with limited supervision.</li>
