Key Responsibilities
 1. Short-Form Content Creation
 • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) showcasing Plug’s product offerings, promotions, and eco-friendly mission.
 • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and messaging across all short-form content.
 • Continuously monitor trends and platform updates to ensure content remains fresh, engaging, and in line with best practices.
 2. Live Shopping &amp; Streaming Events
 • Plan, organize, and host live shopping events on social platforms to showcase new or featured products, demonstrating features and benefits to drive immediate sales.
 • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure inventory alignment and smooth execution during live events.
 • Track performance metrics for each live stream (e.g., attendance, engagement, conversions) and leverage insights to optimize future events.
 3. Social Media Strategy &amp; Management
 • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that increases brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
 • Oversee daily posting, community engagement, and content scheduling—ensuring content is timely, on-brand, and effectively driving key objectives.
 • Monitor and analyze social media analytics to optimize campaigns, predict trends, and inform broader marketing strategies.
 4. Community Engagement &amp; Customer Support
 • Engage with users across platforms, responding to questions, comments, and customer service inquiries in a timely, empathetic, and solutions-focused manner.
 • Collaborate with the customer support team to maintain brand reputation, address concerns, and build loyalty among Plug’s online community.
 5. Influencer Partnerships
 • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers who align with Plug’s mission and values.
 • Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and co-create content to expand reach and drive product awareness.
 6. Paid Social &amp; Advertising
 • Partner with the marketing team to plan and optimize paid social campaigns, ensuring they’re in sync with organic content objectives.
 • Oversee budget allocation, track ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
 7. Trends &amp; Innovation
 • Stay current on emerging social media features, platforms, and trends.
 • Proactively suggest new content ideas, platform expansions, and creative strategies to keep Plug ahead of the curve.
 8. Reporting &amp; Analytics
 • Set clear KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and report on social media performance regularly.
 • Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies, set future objectives, and influence broader marketing decisions.
Qualifications &amp; Skills

 • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
 • Demonstrated proficiency in short-form video creation; live streaming or webinar hosting experience a plus.

Oversee all on-site civil construction activities including earthwork, grading, trenching, foundations, roadways, fencing, drainage, and utilities.

Manage and coordinate civil subcontractors and/or self-perform crews to meet project schedule and budget requirements.
</li>
<li>
Participate in pre-construction planning, including review of civil design documents, constructability, and sequencing.
</li>
<li>
Maintain daily coordination with the Project Manager, General and/or Area Superintendent(s), and other discipline leads (electrical, structural, mechanical).
</li>
<li>
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate daily logs, production tracking, and documentation of site activities.
</li>
<li>
Ensure full compliance with the company's Safety Program, OSHA requirements, and all environmental and stormwater controls (SWPPP).
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with QA/QC personnel to ensure materials testing, compaction testing, and concrete placement meet project specifications.
</li>
<li>
Support scheduling and coordination of material deliveries and equipment mobilization to ensure continuous workflow.
</li>
<li>
Identify and resolve field conflicts, design discrepancies, or unforeseen conditions through effective problem solving and communication.
</li>
<li>
Lead field meetings with subcontractors, self-perform crews, and client representatives as required.
</li>
<li>
Assist in developing and training field leadership and craft personnel to support company standards of quality and performance.
</li>
<li>
Provide input for project closeout including punch list completion, as-built documentation, and final civil inspections.
</li>
<li>

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors or crews on utility-scale civil or renewable energy projects.

Strong understanding of construction means and methods related to mass grading, soil stabilization, concrete foundations, and underground utilities.

<li>
Working knowledge of erosion control and stormwater management compliance.
</li>
<li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic project management tools; scheduling software experience preferred.
</li>
<li>
Proven ability to work collaboratively with project management, engineering, and client representatives.
</li>
<li>
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
</li>
<li>
Commitment to safety and quality at every stage of construction.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
<ul>

Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in civil construction, preferably in renewable energy, substation, or infrastructure projects.
</li>
<li>
Experience leading subcontracted or self-perform field crews on multi-million-dollar projects.
</li>
<li>
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
</li>
</ul>
TRAVEL:
This is a travel-based position requiring regular on-site presence at project locations across the region. Up to 75% travel may be required depending on project assignments.

General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Pay Range
 $148,100.00-$194,400.00 Annual
