<li>Perform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed/installed materials and work</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of work plans and work packages</li>
<li>Assist in field surveying and work layout support including elevation, control points, and compilation of as-built data</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Undergraduate degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related</li>

Job Overview: We are seeking a Staff Engineer to join our Early Engagement team and lead the front end of complex system development efforts. In this role, you will serve as SOE's senior technical authority during early client engagements, partnering closely with customers to translate business needs into well-defined, technically sound system architectures.
