We are currently seeking a Test Engineer to join our Cable Backplane Systems business. Cable Backplane Systems (CBS) develops and manufactures passive copper cable solutions using our twin-ax cable and backplane interconnect technologies. The Electrical Test Engineer will have a hands-on approach to designing and developing test processes, plans, and methodologies. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Roles and Responsibilities
· Plan, develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain airborne instrumentation systems in support of test and evaluation missions.
· Perform calibration, functional verification, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems, including video recording, digital data recording, weapons function monitoring, telemetry, and other data collection systems.
· Integrate, configure, and operate instrumentation systems prior to, during, and following operational missions, including mission setup and post-mission data capture.
· Apply practical knowledge of electronic principles and practices using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, telemetry systems, PLA/PLC programmers, oscillators, amplifiers, and power supplies.
· Interpret and apply technical data, including drawings, schematics, blueprints, and system specifications.
· Coordinate instrumentation requirements, schedules, and work plans with Operations organizations and Aircraft Maintenance Units to verify mission readiness.
· Support modification and operations activities, including moving, storing, loading, and configuring instrumentation systems, conducting cockpit integrity checks, and performing data uploads and downloads.
· Coordinate with test support personnel to plan, execute, and analyze test results and ensure instrumentation compatibility with data reduction capabilities.
· Monitor data validity and assess the operational dependability and performance of instrumentation systems.
· Provide technical guidance and leadership to other technicians and support personnel, as appropriate to experience level.
· Design, develop, and integrate nonconventional modification hardware to expand instrumentation system capabilities when required.

Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Club Director to establish operational standards across all club amenities, including the lounge, locker room, pool, fitness center, and ski valet areas</li>
<li>Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training club staff to deliver service excellence aligned with Kindred and Vail Resorts brand standards as needed</li>
<li>Support the setup of club systems, including POS and member communication platforms</li>
<li>Contribute to pre-opening marketing efforts, including content creation for newsletters, digital signage, and social media</li>
<li>Help prepare initial budgets, inventory systems, and reporting templates for ownership and advisory board use</li>
<li>Participate in planning and promotion of the inaugural calendar of member events and social programming</li>
<li>Establish cross-departmental relationships with Vail Resorts teams to ensure seamless integration across Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, F&amp;B, Housekeeping, and Engineering.</li>

Operational Excellence

<li>Oversee daily club operations, ensuring all amenities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service</li>
<li>Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Club Director</li>
<li>Lead with flexibility and composure in a dynamic, high-volume environment</li>
</ul>
Member Experience &amp; Engagement
<ul>
<li>Build authentic relationships with members, anticipating needs and personalizing experiences</li>
<li>Maintain a visible presence in the club—greeting members, ensuring comfort, and resolving concerns with discretion</li>
<li>Support execution of signature programming such as First Tracks, Après Ski, Wine &amp; Cheese, Kids’ Activities, and wellness events</li>
<li>Aid in member communications to promote engagement and community</li>
</ul>
Leadership &amp; Team Development
<ul>
<li>Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving</li>
<li>Continue training and development to uphold service excellence</li>
</ul>
Financial &amp; Administrative Management
<ul>
<li>Assist in managing departmental budgets, cost controls, and inventory</li>
<li>Contribute to monthly reporting for ownership and advisory board meetings</li>
</ul>
Programming &amp; Marketing Support
<ul>
<li>Partner with the Club Director to plan and execute a year-round calendar of social events</li>
<li>Collaborate on marketing initiatives to grow local awareness and drive member engagement</li>
<li>Support content creation aligned with brand tone and member interests</li>
</ul>
Seasonal Rhythm
<ul>
<li>Winter: Oversee Club operations locker service, après-ski events, and guest hospitality; execute winter programming and maintain facility excellence during peak season</li>
<li>Summer: Shift focus to member socials, wellness, and outdoor events; support resort integration through golf partnerships, and mountain recreation; oversee seasonal resets and member renewal outreach</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the club and its members</li>

&nbsp;Job&nbsp; Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or resort operations (required)</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-end clientele (required)</li>
<li>Experience in facility oversight and leading operational teams (required)</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Resort Management, or equivalent professional experience (preferred)</li>
<li>Prior experience working in private club settings such as golf, ski, yacht, or social clubs (preferred)</li>
<li>Familiarity with Vail Resorts’ service standards and club operating models (preferred)</li>
<li>Proficiency in POS systems and club management software (preferred)</li>

The expected pay range is&nbsp;$58,461.98 - $65,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
