This person will report directly to the Operations Manager and assist in the production of Instrument Control Panels. Attention to detail and following step by step instructions will lead you to a successful panel build out.
Major Duties:

<li>Training new panel technicians.</li>
<li>Taking lead on large projects.</li>
<li>Following schematics and diagrams on installation of parts, wire, and components.</li>

<li>Experienced in reading and interpreting instructional drawings and schematics. </li>
<li>Knowledge of UL 508A standards and practices. </li>
<li>Knowledge of wire types and sizes.</li>

What you will do&nbsp;
Under general direction, manages a Branch Systems operation team consisting of Systems Technicians and Systems Designers. This position is responsible for safely managing all aspects of the Fabrication Department within budgeted levels, which includes ensuring equipment is built and installed with the highest quality and efficiency.&nbsp;
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:&nbsp;
1. Follow all safety and environmental rules and regulations and ensures all personnel abide by safety guidelines, including housekeeping. Manager will use the safety observation program to maintain and monitor safety process engagement of individuals. Incident reporting will be done in compliance with corporate guidelines.
2. The position is responsible for managing and performing all HR functions associated with Fabrication.
3. The position is responsible for developing standard operating procedures and training for the Fabrication process.
4. The position must understand and drive P&amp;L statement and meet or exceed budgeted thresholds.
5. The position is heavily involved in managing and improving the quality of products to ensure company standards are exceeded in the eyes of the customer.
 
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1. This position is responsible for manpower, equipment and customer relations in multiple, geographically dispersed locations.
2. Due to the nature of the business as a 24/7 service company, non-traditional availability maybe required as a regular part of the job.
3. Travel to field services sites, and customer sites as needed.&nbsp;25 to 45 nights travel required.
4. This position is a member of the MPW Management Team and called upon to facilitate the performance of all MPW.&nbsp;
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
1. Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
2. 7+ years of multi-unit management in a facility with past responsibilities for P&amp;L, business development and growth preferred.
