What’s involved in this role:
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities and supporting maintenance functions. This position provides administrative assistance to improve the overall effectiveness of maintenance activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Use CMMS software to schedule operations and maintenance work activities in a manner that ensures project resources are efficiently allocated to support applicable phases of operations.</li>
<li>Responsible for planning, scheduling and organizing the efficient operation and performance of work assignments.</li>
<li>Develop operations and maintenance work packages and instructions to support work activities, including pre-planning, material staging requisitioning/expediting, labor estimating, and all other field support as required.</li>
<li>Monitor assignments to ensure they are within the agreed scope, schedule and budget, and that the work is being performed within outlined policies and expectations.</li>
<li>Review engineering plans and product specifications to determine raw material requirements and support operation schedules.</li>
<li>Work with Purchasing to obtain and schedule materials based upon production forecasts.</li>
<li>Work with Plant Engineering and related design areas to develop tools and instructions that maximize facility and equipment performance.</li>
<li>Anticipate and eliminates potential delays through planning and coordination of manpower, parts and materials, and equipment access.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain productive relationships with the production team, maintenance team, Production Supervisors, and local contractors.</li>
<li>Research and acquire mobile equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain equipment file lists.</li>
<li>Manage the project management and work order system.</li>
<li>Provide assistance to the engineering department and the Maintenance Manager as needed.</li>
</ul>

<li>Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.</li>

Maintenance Planner

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionPosition Overview We are seeking a motivated Production Assembler for a temporary assignment to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Essential Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Identify and align correct parts according to specifications.</li>
<li>Fasten parts using bolts, screws, clips, cement, and other fasteners.</li>
<li>Operate machinery and tools such as arbor presses, riveting machines, hand tools, and power tools.</li>
<li>Rotate between varied workstations as required by production needs.</li>
<li>Assist other team members within the Production Department as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>1–3 months of related experience and/or training.</li>
<li>Ability to:
<ul>
<li>Stand, bend, kneel, crawl, walk, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. occasionally).</li>
<li>Safely manipulate and operate manual and power tools.</li>
<li>Read, interpret, and carry out written and verbal instructions.</li>
<li>Understand drawings, diagrams, and measurements.</li>
<li>Perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, and decimals).</li>
<li>Analyze and resolve issues in routine production settings.</li>
</ul>

Work Environment This role is performed in a production environment with exposure to:
