Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are seeking a motivated Production Assembler for a temporary assignment to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Essential Responsibilities
- Identify and align correct parts according to specifications.
- Fasten parts using bolts, screws, clips, cement, and other fasteners.
- Operate machinery and tools such as arbor presses, riveting machines, hand tools, and power tools.
- Rotate between varied workstations as required by production needs.
- Assist other team members within the Production Department as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to:
- Stand, bend, kneel, crawl, walk, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. occasionally).
- Safely manipulate and operate manual and power tools.
- Read, interpret, and carry out written and verbal instructions.
- Understand drawings, diagrams, and measurements.
- Perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, and decimals).
- Analyze and resolve issues in routine production settings.
Work Environment
This role is performed in a production environment with exposure to:
- Moving mechanical parts
- Fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals
- Heat, vibration, and moderate noise
Schedule & Duration
- Full-time hours
- Temporary assignment (duration to be discussed)
