Summary: 
Perform production planning and scheduling of various production assets; duties include coordinating activities among manufacturing departments, reviewing material levels, firming/releasing shop orders, updating business systems, and running reports. Coordinating with production supervisors, production planning of manufactured parts, and identify &amp; balance work center bottlenecks in support of overall production requirements. 
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities include the following in close coordination and direction of Operations VP:

<li>Maintain overall production schedule for manufacturing based on demand, capacity, skill sets, and available materials.</li>
<li>Provide detailed daily schedules to critical work centers.</li>
<li>Attend daily production meetings to resolve all issues related to schedule and on-time delivery.</li>

<li>Coordinate with the work centers supervisor(s) to optimize manufacturing capacity. Review’s capacity to identify and communicate bottleneck areas and manages over/under capacity situations.</li>
<li>Communicates with Purchasing team to maintain supply and respond to shortages for current or past due orders. Monitor’s consumption of all materials. </li>
<li>Responsible for reviewing, prioritizing customer orders, and expediting through the plant as necessary to meet production requirements. </li>
<li>Coordinates with production/ other departments to ensure on-schedule, cost effective, and completion of jobs.</li>

Education &amp; Experience:

POSITION SUMMARY
The Pump Assembler puts the water pump apparatus together by utilizing basic and specialty hand tools. The Pump Assembler manages the inventory of parts and coordinates the work schedule with the delivery of pieces. Also, the Pump Assembler will utilize basic and specialty hand tools to assemble all pieces of the water pump together.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
