Why Work Here?
You join a stable organization with very low turnover, where people genuinely enjoy the laid-back, supportive work environment. Upon conversion to permanent status, you gain access to excellent benefits, including profit-sharing opportunities that have consistently paid out in recent years, a competitive 401(k) plan with a generous dollar-for-dollar match that vests immediately, and tuition reimbursement to support your ongoing development. The facility is growing, offering long-term stability and advancement potential, and the culture encourages comfort and focus by allowing team members to listen to music, podcasts, or audiobooks while they work.
Work Environment
The role is based in a smaller production facility with a close-knit team, where weekend shifts run Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The environment uses laser and other production machinery to manufacture medical products and can be fairly loud, though you may wear one earbud to listen to music, podcasts, or audiobooks while working. Team sizes are modest, with approximately 15–20 people on first shift, about 5 people on second shift, and 3–4 people on third shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
