Job Description
As a Press Operator, you will lead the operation of Press lines, including changeovers, machine start-up, running, and shut-down. You will play a crucial role in supporting operations to achieve World Class status, with a strong focus on Safety. Your responsibilities will include running all jobs according to customer, manufacturing, and print specifications, as well as ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead the operation of Press lines, including changeovers, machine start-up, running, and shut-down.</li>
<li>Run jobs according to customer specifications, manufacturing specifications, print specifications, color folders, and standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including production reports, job verification sheets, ink usage sheets, QA reports, roll tickets, S.O.C sheets, and others as assigned.</li>
<li>Collaborate with and direct the press assistant and pit crew to minimize job change-over and down time.</li>
<li>Train and guide the press assistant to efficiently perform required duties as per the assistant training matrix.</li>
<li>Understand and adhere to product safety standards.</li>
<li>Comply with all 5S and World Class Manufacturing initiatives.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience in machine operating and as a press operator.</li>
<li>Proficiency in entering data into computer systems.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Capability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>1+ year of manufacturing/ Machine operator experience.</li>

We are looking for an Assembler to help build custom commercial rooftop units and chiller units for data centers. This role involves using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and assisting with general shop duties like sweeping, shrink wrapping, and clean-up
Key Responsibilities:
