Key Responsibilities:

General Summary

· Locates, prepares, transfers and loads materials to be processed; transfers WIP or finished product to filling operation, additional processing operations, storage or shipping area.
· Prepares packing materials (drums, pails, boxes) and packaging labels and stacks or stages containers for transfer. 4. Draws samples and takes to QC lab for testing per product speci-fications. Confers with lab technicians and supervisors and makes adjustments to the pro-cess to bring the product within specification.
· Prints and applies labels to product.
· Completes necessary paperwork or data entry for production/lab records and inventory levels.
· Follows all GMP, safety, sanitation and quality specifications and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities
1. Ability to read, write and speak English.
2. Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts to the production process including conversion of weight and volume in the metric system.

Working Conditions
Working environment is a production unit and includes frequent exposures to wet, humid, dusty, or loud conditions, moving machine parts, fumes or airborne particles and caustic chemicals. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.

The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing damaged patterns and preparing them for production. You will be responsible for checking schedules, locking location of patterns, retrieving patterns, determine box size, check patterns for need repairs, repair patterns, and return pattern. You will play a crucial role in maintain patterns. You need to be able to perform daily pre-operation inspection on any crane, forklift, or bobcat used. Pay attention while using moving equipment. Ask for help when lifting large patterns or core boxes. Use forklifts when needed and guards on machines Requirements: - Proficiency in logic controllers and schematics interpretation. Experience using the following equipment is required: Saws Sanders Glue Hand Tools/Power Tools Jointer Forklift Planer Drill Press Patterns Hammers &amp; Nails Core boxes Essential Functions • In accordance with safety guidelines, participates in all safety meetings and functions following all rules set forth to ensure safe work environment. • Notifying account manager or lead/supervisor of unusual equipment problems and performs all other duties assigned by the Account and/or District manager. • Conduct field trials for new and current business initiatives. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual preferred. Associates degree or certificate in technical field a plus.
