 Qualifications:

<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years, full-time experience in residential improvement projects.</li>
<li>Professional degree preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Experience with AutoCAD is required</li>
</ul>
 Hands-on experience in residential remodeling as a carpenter or other trades person. Excellent communication skills dealing with customers. Working knowledge of residential construction, techniques and systems; and building codes. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
