Job DescriptionCrouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to work in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and performing quality checks to meet high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Location: Waco, TX 76710Job Status: Full-TimeWork Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7 AM to 5:30 PMPay: $19-$22/hr to start DOEKey Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Paint Mixing: Accurately mix paints, coatings, and solvents to match specifications and achieve desired colors and textures.
• Application: Apply paint and coatings using various methods, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers, to achieve a uniform and flawless finish.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards, making touch-ups and corrections as needed.
• Maintenance: Clean and maintain painting equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and time spent on each project.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of projects.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new painting techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work the specified hours and occasional overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in painting is a plus.
