Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager Assistant to support our project management team in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Project Manager with scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and maintaining documentation.
  • Customer communication
  • Schedule measures with customers
  • Measure for job/material ordering
  • Design drawings
  • Fill out order forms and submit them for production
  • Keep customers informed weekly of job progress.
  • Receive materials at the warehouse
  • Quality Control on installations
  • Assist in the breakdown of completed jobs costs and review them against the sales contract
  • Assist in the review job pay sheets for subcontractors
  • Miscellaneous items needed to get the project completed on time and within budget.
  • Keep outlook calendar updated.
  • Keep projects updated in Lead Perfection.


Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Minimum of two (2) years, full-time experience in residential improvement projects.
  • Professional degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is required

Hands-on experience in residential remodeling as a carpenter or other trades person.
Excellent communication skills dealing with customers.
Working knowledge of residential construction, techniques and systems; and building codes.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
