Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes.</li>
<li>Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces).</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems and automation equipment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of control systems.</li>
<li>Perform system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.</li>
<li>Maintain documentation for control systems, including schematics, software, and operation manuals.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest industry technologies and standards to improve system performance.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role in automation and control systems.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, OR ABB) and HMI software (FactoryTalk, Wonderware).</li>
<li>Familiarity with SCADA systems and Ladder Logic programming.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.</li>
