Details:
We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality hand soldering on electronic assemblies in accordance with industry standards and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hand soldering of through-hole, surface-mount, and fine-pitch components
- Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and assembly documentation
- Inspect solder joints to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with specifications
- Use hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or soldering preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a morning shift starting at 6am

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Duarte, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
