Rocktech Systems of Chesterfield is seeking a CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift. Scheduled hours are 2:00pm-10:30pm. We are seeking someone who is energetic, flexible, and dependable with at least 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities:

<li>Program, set-up and operate a variety of CNC machines and equipment, and machine parts from customer-stated specifications</li>
<li>Reads and understands CNC programming in order to verify parts are machined to meet requirements.</li>
<li>Verify machine settings by measuring positions and first-run parts.</li>
<li>Inspect and measure machined parts to ensure blueprint specifications are met.</li>
<li>Monitors dimensions and makes adjustments as required to maintain tolerances.</li>
<li>Document actions by completing production and quality logs as required.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.</li>
<li>Comply with all company processes, procedures, quality directives and safety procedures.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and does so with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>

<li>Organize dough according to size inside the dough cooler</li>
<li>Ensure all print is of good quality on trays</li>

Tray Wash Area

<li>Loads trays onto conveyor for cleaning</li>
<li>Monitor gauges and setting to ensure water pressure, water temperature, and detergent levels consistently meet company standards determined to thoroughly clean and sanitize trays, record findings</li>
<li>Conduct titration and/or chemical testing on tray washer equipment, as needed</li>
<li>Be able to perform interventions as needed utilizing an HMI</li>

Job Description The Service &amp; Repair Technician I is responsible for servicing and repairing products by following detailed work instructions in a standard production environment that is not environmentally controlled and involves exposure to hazardous materials. This role requires the ability to understand written and verbal instructions, perform hands-on repair tasks, and document work accurately both on paper and in computer software. The technician will read and confirm work instructions for each assignment, ensure they are properly trained before performing tasks, collect necessary materials, and set up the workstation according to instructions. They will carry out service and repair activities, inspect their own work, and learn new procedures as required by the supervisor. Additional responsibilities include completing required training, supporting team members as needed, and assisting with special projects assigned by management.
 
Qualifications Candidates should have one to three months of related experience or training. They must show proof of Hepatitis B vaccination or be willing to obtain company-paid vaccination. The role requires the ability to read and understand device and work instructions, accurately record data in documentation and software, and follow verbal directions from supervisors. Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technician with proven experience in servicing, maintaining, and installing walk-in coolers and other commercial refrigeration systems. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, EPA Section 608 certification, and a commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Location: Washington DC corridor
Pay: $55/hr- affiliated with the Local 602 union
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Installation &amp; Setup</li>
<li>Install commercial refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases, and chillers.</li>
<li>Conduct site assessments and ensure proper placement, electrical connections, and insulation.</li>
<li>Configure control systems and verify operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Maintenance &amp; Repair</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance: clean coils, replace filters, inspect electrical components, and check refrigerant levels.</li>
<li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues.</li>
<li>Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot system failures.</li>
<li>Compliance &amp; Safety</li>
<li>Adhere to OSHA, NSF/ANSI 7, and EPA Section 608standards.</li>
<li>Handle refrigerants safely and legally, ensuring proper recovery, recycling, and disposal.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate service records and documentation for regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Customer Service &amp; Communication</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance, repairs, and energy efficiency.</li>
<li>Provide recommendations for upgrades or preventive maintenance.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Technical training or HVAC certification- Current Journeyman HVAC license in MD, DC, or VA</li>
<li>EPA Section 608 Universal Certification(Type I, II, III).</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experiencein commercial refrigeration, specifically with walk-in coolers and freezers.</li>
<li>Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.</li>
<li>Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols and walk-in cooler design standards.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills:
<ul>
<li>Experience with energy-efficient systems and environmentally friendly refrigerants.</li>
<li>Knowledge of building codes and refrigeration regulations.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined, cold environments.</li>
<li>Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in walk-in units.</li>
<li>Must wear appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols.</li>

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Solderer II At Altek are described below:
 Performs a wide variety of routine manufacturing functions in one or more of the following areas: 
• Component prep and placement on PCBs. 
• Hand solder through-hole or surface mount components, and/or wires to PCBs. 
• Demonstrate ability to solder while using a microscope and magnifying glass. 
• Performs trim touch up and basic rework on PCBs as a result of inspection criteria and/or feedback. 
• Wash/Clean PCBs as required. 
• Assists in resolving routine manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations. 
• Performs semi-complex work within area of specialization. 
• Interprets documented rules, past practices, or instruction on a semi-independent level. 
• Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex. 
• Responsible for following established safety rules &amp; 6S. 
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary. 
Knowledge and Skill Requirements 
• Good eyesight and hand coordination 
• Ability to read &amp; understand assembly prints 
• Ability to solder using magnification 
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision 
Education and/or Experience 
• HS diploma or equivalent required. 
• Typically, 2-4 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities as presented above. 
Working Relationships 
Contacts are primarily with immediate manager and others in employee's home area. May interact with other departments. May provide general guidance to less experienced coworkers. 
Working Conditions 
Work involves lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds
