Position Overview: The Line Lead, Quality Control role is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible.

Descripción de Puesto:
El (La) Foreman de Electricistas dirige y supervisa los trabajos de construcción eléctrica. Está a cargo de brigadas compuestas por Foreman, Electricistas, Ayudantes de Electricista, Aprendices de Electricista y Laborers. Domina ampliamente los códigos eléctricos aplicables en Puerto Rico. Domina trabajos en circuitos de 110v, 220v y trifásicos. Tiene total dominio de planos y especificaciones eléctricas. Es capaz de anticipar y solucionar imprevistos en los proyectos en el field.

<li>Dirigir la instalación equipos eléctricos y/o mecánicos, según requerido.</li>
<li>Dirigir el trabajo de los peritos electricistas, sus ayudantes, aprendices o laborers.</li>
<li>Coordinar los trabajos con el Supervisor y comunicar efectivamente los asuntos importantes del proyecto.</li>
<li>Coordinar los trabajos de los subcontratistas.</li>
<li>Comunicarse efectiva y oportunamente con el cliente para coordinar trabajos, etc.</li>
<li>Evaluar las maneras más eficientes para llevar a cabo los trabajos asignados.</li>
<li>Ordenar los materiales a tiempo y de manera coordinada para las actividades.</li>
<li>Inspeccionar el trabajo realizado para asegurarse de su calidad.</li>
<li>Informar la nómina a tiempo para su procesamiento.</li>
<li>Manejar incidentes y/o accidentes en los proyectos de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.</li>
<li>Manejar responsablemente las herramientas y equipos bajo su custodia.</li>
<li>Realizar charlas de seguridad semanalmente.</li>
<li>Mantener los planos organizados y marcar las modificaciones para la preparación de los planos as-built.</li>
<li>Asegurarse del cumplimiento con los horarios requeridos en el proyecto a los empleados.</li>

Educación y experiencia requerida:
Diploma de Escuela Superior y Cursos Técnicos o Vocacionales de Electricidad

Purpose:
AbbVie seeks a Director for the Aesthetics &amp; Regenerative Medicine HEOR-Strategy team to lead strategic research for pipeline and on-market products, supporting approval, reimbursement, and differentiation. AbbVie has a robust Aesthetics &amp; Regenerative Medicine portfolio with over 30 products in the pipeline, including both cash-pay and reimbursed drugs and devices. The role requires expertise in patient-centered outcomes research, HEOR strategy, and regulatory submissions, with responsibilities spanning both cash-pay and reimbursed portfolios. The Director may manage 1-2 direct reports.
Responsibilities:

<li>Lead patient centered outcomes research (PCOR) and collaborate with the clinical development organization on co-primary and secondary PRO endpoints required for approval globally</li>

Qualifications 
<ol>
<li>Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline</li>
<li>Minimum of seven years working experience with Master’s, five year with PhD (can include fellowship experience). Professional training in a health field (MD, PharmD, etc.) is a plus</li>
<li>Preferred: PhD in Economics, Econometrics, or (pharmaco)epidemiology or any other related field with 3 years of relevant experience. Clinical research experience strongly recommended; within pharmaceutical industry preferred. Experience leading complex products and/or clinical development in support of pipeline development and on-market product</li>
<li>Typically 3+ years of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, academia or other health-related consulting company plus having expert knowledge in a relevant therapeutic specialty</li>
<li>Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment. Ability to interact externally and internally to support global business strategy.</li>
<li>The Director must perform at times in previously uncharted territory with few, if any, established guidelines or procedures. At other times, exceedingly complex governmental rules and regulations must be followed. For problems surrounded by complex rules and regulations, the Director must be able to direct compliance knowledgeably and expeditiously.</li>
<li>Must be able to develop creative and effective solutions to inter- and intra-project priority conflicts, resource constraints and other problems which may impact project or group goals and deliverables across multiple programs.</li>
<li>High goal-orientation with the ability to see solutions rather than problems as projects encounter the inevitable ups and downs associated with new drug development or on-market product support.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of the global regulatory, HTA and PR&amp;A landscape, as well as understanding of other development-related functions as they relate to all phases of drug development.</li>
