The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $64,350 - $80,928. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

What you’ll be doing as a Production Control Planner:

<li>Working a Full-time, onsite position at our Fife, WA location.</li>
<li>Develop, maintain and adjust production schedules for CNC machining operations in alignment with customer demand, delivery commitments and capacity constraints.</li>
<li>Monitor work‐in‐process (WIP) flow, material availability, tooling, machine capacity and labor loading; identify and escalate bottlenecks or delays.</li>
