Position Overview:
The Accounting Manager will play a central role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of Zema Globals financial operations as the business continues to grow across global commodities and energy markets.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role owns the day-to-day accounting function, leads the monthly and year-end close, and acts as a technical accounting authority across multiple legal entities. Success in this role means tight financial controls, clean audits, confident application of U.S. GAAP, and an accounting operation that supports faster, better decision-making across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance detail with pace, operate comfortably in a multi-entity environment, and continuously improve processes as the company scales. The Accounting Manager will be a trusted partner to Finance leadership, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders, helping ensure Zema Globals financial foundation remains strong as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead and supervise the accounting team in day-to-day operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Oversee and ensure thetimelyandaccuratecompletion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes, in full compliance with U.S. GAAP.</li>
<li>Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax advisors, managing audits and regulatory reporting for Zema Services UK and Zema Singapore.</li>
<li>Interpret and apply complex accounting standards and technical guidance, such as ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and ASC 842 (Leases).</li>
<li>Maintainaccuratevendor and customer records within NetSuite, ensuring data integrity and consistency.</li>
<li>Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial schedules, execution of amortization schedules, and conduct regular revenue-to-budget variance analyses.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory, tax, and statutory reporting requirements.</li>

Required Qualifications
Must Have
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li>
<li>CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred</li>
<li>6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a managerial or lead role</li>
<li>Proven experience working in a complex, multi-entity environment, ideally within Commodities, Energy, Financial Services, or a similarly regulated industry</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with hands-on experience applying ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and ASC 842 Leases</li>
<li>End-to-end ownership of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes</li>

Valley Industries is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative marketing team and help drive impactful marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing Valley Industries’ marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital channels, website management, and marketing materials. This position supports day-to-day marketing activities, coordinates content and assets, and assists with the development of marketing literature and tradeshow materials. The role is on-site and is based in our Bloomington office. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update brand websites (WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify) with product content, images, and resources.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy and consistency of product and marketing content across all digital platforms.</li>
<li>Support digital marketing campaigns through social media scheduling, email execution, and content updates.</li>
<li>Coordinate and maintain marketing literature, including sell sheets, product guides, and digital collateral.</li>
<li>Assist with new product launches by managing website updates and marketing materials.</li>
<li>Develop marketing materials for tradeshows and events, including signage and promotional items.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain digital and physical marketing assets (photos, videos, design files).</li>
<li>Track and report on website, email, and social performance; identify opportunities for improvement.</li>
