Job Description

<li>Prepare and distribute necessary daily reports as required (i.e., Daily Operating Report, Discount Programs, Tax Reports, etc.) according to hotel standards.</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute month-end reports.</li>
<li>Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Prioritize job functions in order to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual data processing system functions as required.</li>
<li>Keep management abreast of any unusual operational or financial events and/or deviations of policies or procedures.</li>
<li>Respond to governmental inquiries upon receipt.</li>
</ul>
Skills Required
<ul>
<li>Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure, proficiency in keyboarding and computer technology, i.e. e-mail, MS Word, Excel, &amp; other hotel related systems, aptitude with numbers/data analysis.</li>
</ul>
Experience / Education
<ul>
<li>Knowledge/experience of accounting principles; prior customer service/hospitality experience is preferred; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.&nbsp;</li>
