Our Fortune 100 telecom client is seeking a Business Analyst that will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between product teams and developers. This role involves managing the intake of requirements, ensuring developers understand what is needed, and coordinating the handoff of completed features. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading stand-up meetings and working with tools like Jira and Chalk.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $35 - $45 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
- Manage the intake and prioritization of requirements using Jira.
- Coordinate the handoff of completed features to partner teams and ensure smooth transitions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Quickly adapt to new tools and processes to maintain project momentum.
- Utilize Chalk for process documentation and visualization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, particularly in Wi-Fi technologies.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
