Mobile Product Analyst (Wireless, Market Strategy)
Optomi, in partnership with a Fortune 100 company driving wireless innovation, is seeking a Mobile Product Analyst to join an innovative and fast-paced product team. This individual will play a key role in shaping mobile strategy by transforming data into actionable insights that impact product direction, sales effectiveness, and customer experience. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, knows the mobile/wireless industry landscape, and can collaborate cross-functionally to move initiatives forward.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Dive into mobile market research to identify competitive movements, trends, and opportunities
- Evaluate internal performance data to identify gaps and recommend product enhancements
- Support product managers and sales leaders with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user journeys, use cases, and requirement definitions
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reporting to drive visibility and alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
- Bring new ideas to the table and take initiative to solve problems and streamline workflows
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Sales/Market Analyst role
- 2+ years of experience in the mobile, wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics industry (carrier or MVNO experience preferred)
- Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, and Jira
- Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to turn complexity into clarity
- Experience working in Agile product environments, including documentation and backlog refinement
- A natural problem-solver with sharp attention to detail and a high sense of ownership
