We are looking for someone energetic and passionate about working with kids to join the team as a Multi-Site Director for our Custer Elementary location in Custer, KY, our Ben Johnson Elementary location in McDaniels, KY and our Irvington Elementary location in Irvington, KY.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

All candidates must have the following:

A Commonwealth Child Care Credential does not meet the requirements for qualifying a director.</li>

Job Description
The Crane Operator is responsible for operating a mobile crane to lift, move, and position loads. Operators must comply with federal vehicle inspections and meet OSHA guidelines. The operator ensures loads are safely attached to crane before making a lift. The individual must also have a CCO and a CDL Class A or Class B license at a minimum.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operates various types of cranes, primarily boom truck crane.</li>
<li>Drives crane to work sites and properly sets up the crane to perform job requirements of customer;</li>
<li>Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment in great condition;</li>
<li>Must wears proper personal protective equipment and follow OSHA, ANSI, and Company standards at all times;</li>
<li>Complete a JSA and pre/post crane inspection on every job as well as critical lift plans as required.</li>

Regional Float Nurse Practitioner Job Responsibilities:
The Regional Float Nurse Practitioner will float in a designated region covering schedules, filling in for the local team and might have some consistent nursing facilities. The Regional Float Nurse Practitioner will plan, direct, and evaluate resident and employee health care in long term care; examine and treat chronic and acute episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries/illnesses; performs selected laboratory testing; offer referrals to physicians, write prescriptions, and perform bedside procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols, and available equipment. The Regional Float Nurse Practitioner will also work with the medical director in the care and treatment of residents and staff.

<li>Debridement of wounds by sharp, enzymatic, autolytic or surgical methods able to be safely completed in the place of patient visit and all associated procedures to complete the debridement.</li>
<li>Application and management of topical wound care and associated wound management products.</li>
<li>Direction and recommendation of associated services to improve wound healing outcomes. This includes but is not limited to labs, radiologic tests, vascular tests, referrals, home health care, Vacuum Assisted Closure device, and orthotics.</li>
<li>Interpretation of diagnostic tests and recommendation of appropriate follow up.</li>
<li>Recommendations for prescription of required medications and/or Durable Medical Equipment or supplies (DME) to facilitate wound healing and/or wound prevention within her/his scope of practice, license and as per the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician.</li>

<li>Work with interdisciplinary team, guiding treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.</li>
