Job Description

<li>Support attorneys on wage-and-hour, employment, and consumer class and representative actions in California state and federal courts</li>
<li>Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, affidavits, and related litigation documents in accordance with court rules and procedures</li>
<li>Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and secondary sources and provide written summaries or analysis to attorneys</li>
