Alpert Schreyer, LLC is actively seeking a high-performing Personal Injury Trial Attorney with 3-7 years of litigation and trial experience to join our growing firm. This role is designed for an attorney seeking a significant trial practice, autonomy, and top-tier compensation.

Offices in Lanham, MD, and Waldorf, MD
Ideally able to work in both offices, though one primary office location is possible
Compensation:
$120,000 - $150,000 yearly with incentives
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Independently manage a robust personal injury caseload from intake through resolution</li>
<li>Work alongside experienced attorneys while leveraging a strong administrative and litigation support team that enables you to focus on strategy and advocacy</li>
<li>Be trusted with significant responsibility and decision-making authority on your cases</li>
</ul>
Litigate cases in Maryland District and Circuit Courts, including:
<ul>
<li>Depositions</li>
<li>Motions practice</li>
<li>Mediations and settlement conferences</li>
<li>Jury and bench trials</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3-7 years of personal injury litigation experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated trial experience in Maryland District and Circuit Courts</li>
<li>Active Maryland bar license (required)</li>
<li>DC and/or Virginia bar licenses (strongly preferred)</li>
<li>Strong courtroom presence, legal writing, and negotiation skills</li>
<li>A self-directed attorney who thrives with autonomy and accountability</li>
