Alpert Schreyer, LLC is actively seeking a high-performing Personal Injury Trial Attorney with 3-7 years of litigation and trial experience to join our growing firm. This role is designed for an attorney seeking a significant trial practice, autonomy, and top-tier compensation.
If you are confident in District and Circuit Courts, ready to run cases, and motivated to be a meaningful contributor within a firm, we want to hear from you.
Offices in Lanham, MD, and Waldorf, MD
Ideally able to work in both offices, though one primary office location is possible
Compensation:
$120,000 - $150,000 yearly with incentives
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a robust personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
- Work alongside experienced attorneys while leveraging a strong administrative and litigation support team that enables you to focus on strategy and advocacy
- Be trusted with significant responsibility and decision-making authority on your cases
Litigate cases in Maryland District and Circuit Courts, including:
- Depositions
- Motions practice
- Mediations and settlement conferences
- Jury and bench trials
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Demonstrated trial experience in Maryland District and Circuit Courts
- Active Maryland bar license (required)
- DC and/or Virginia bar licenses (strongly preferred)
- Strong courtroom presence, legal writing, and negotiation skills
- A self-directed attorney who thrives with autonomy and accountability
