With over 13 years of success, mainly built on client referrals, we're looking for someone with a minimum of four years of recent pre-litigation experience who excels in organization, communication, and negotiation. Your expertise will drive our mission forward, and in return, we offer a competitive salary along with a per-case quarterly bonus.

Compensation:

$128,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action
• Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff
• Resolve cases efficiently by using communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school
• Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base
• Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association)
• Candidates must have passed the bar exam
