Asset Manager, Real Estate Transactions
The Asset Manager, Real Estate Transactions (AMRET) reports to the Associate Director of Asset Management, Real Estate Transactions and manages assigned projects within MidPen's stabilized portfolio. Responsibilities include property rehabilitations, loan modifications and refinancings, new HAP contracts, investor buyouts, and other capital transactions. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective coordination and execution.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support portfolio strategy by maintaining asset planning tools, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing long-term project pipelines.</li>
<li>Monitor RFPs/NOFAs, energy incentives/grants, prepare funding applications, and assess project impacts on cash flow, compliance, rents, and capital needs.</li>
<li>Lead project execution by coordinating document reviews, securing internal/external approvals, updating internal systems, and managing communication with stakeholders, and site teams.</li>
<li>Prepare and present materials for Board and Committee meetings; provide regular project updates to leadership.</li>
<li>Manage all HAP contract activities, including applying for available funds, negotiating contract terms, and coordinating implementation with internal and external partners.</li>
<li>Identify and execute refinancing and loan modification opportunities; evaluate properties for restructuring programs and lead approved financing processes through closing.</li>
<li>Oversee property rehabilitation planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor negotiations, adherence to building guidelines, and collection of warranties/O&amp;M documentation.</li>
<li>Coordinate capital improvement activities with Construction/Facilities teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations while securing eligible loan/grant draws and rebates.</li>
<li>Manage investor buyouts by monitoring options and right of first refusals , coordinating with investors, preparing approval materials, documenting transactions, and supporting accounting requirements.</li>

EAS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Fisheries Technician to assist on a contract providing Biological Services to the US Army Corps of Engineers Walla Walla District.
We are currently looking to fill a full-time Fisheries Technician role at Little Goose Dam near Lacrosse, Washington and Lower Granite Dam near Pullman, Washington with hours ranging from 32- 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime. The pay for this position ranges from $22.34 - $29.67 per hour and will be based on factors such as experience, education, and location of the job site, plus an additional $5.09 per hour towards health and welfare dollars. The health and welfare dollars may be reduced if participating in employer sponsored benefit plans. This position would start mid-March and last through November 15. Although this position is advertised for work at Little Goose and Lower Granite Dams, there may be opportunities for additional work at other sites including McNary and Ice Harbor Dams, depending on project needs. 
Housing may be provided for this position. Housing is located approximately 30 minutes from Little Goose Dam and about 60 minutes from Lower Granite Dam.

Position Summary: Grounds Crew members are responsible for the beautification and upkeep of the Lakeside grounds. This includes parks, lawns, gardens, courtyards and other landscaped areas. The Campaign Operations, Project Manager is part of the AbbVie Digital Lab team and will be responsible for playing an integral part of the Consumer CRM team to drive day-to-day management, execution, and delivery of CRM projects across AbbVie’s consumer commercial brands.
