<li>Provide training and guidance to less experienced employees where necessary.</li>

This role plays a vital part in forecasting, planning, and maintaining optimal product quality to meet customer standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Utilize forecasting models based on customer data, historical trends, and business capacity.</li>
<li>Supervise the continuous ripening cycle to meet demand while ensuring product quality and shelf-life.</li>
<li>Conduct inbound inspections to ensure product meets criteria before ripening.</li>
<li>Communicate with the Ripening Manager, customers, and distribution centers on demand and supply changes.</li>
<li>Oversee sanitation and preventive maintenance for ripening rooms and equipment.</li>
<li>Track and maintain records of customer feedback, implementing corrective actions when necessary.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Hands-on&nbsp;banana ripening experience&nbsp;and knowledge of maturation stages.</li>
<li>Understanding of banana supply chain processes.</li>
<li>Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in&nbsp;Microsoft Office&nbsp;and&nbsp;Excel; WMS (GOLD) experience preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in variable temperature environments.</li>
<li>Must be flexible with schedule and adapt to changing operational needs.</li>
</ul>
