Bookkeeper/AP/AR
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong AP/AR experience to join our team. This full-time role supports daily administrative and accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform general bookkeeping duties
- Answer incoming calls and take customer orders
- Handle daily administrative tasks and filing
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support office operations as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience with Sage 50 a plus
- Strong bookkeeping and AP/AR background
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $25/hr
