Job Summary
The Beverage Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of the Beverage Production Department. This role oversees daily operations of the beverage can line, coaches and develops operators and general labor employees, sets clear performance expectations, and enforces company policies and disciplinary standards. The supervisor ensures all processes are followed to produce a safe, high-quality product while meeting production goals.
 
Primary Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Schedule all staff required to operate the beverage can line.</li>
<li>Supervise, coach, and discipline operators and general employees within the Beverage Department.</li>
<li>Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met.</li>
<li>Verify inventory accuracy and work order accuracy.</li>
<li>Ensure all associates receive proper training according to position requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure Daily Production Reports (DPR) and required paperwork are completed accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Confirm all materials for upcoming production jobs are staged and picked correctly.</li>
<li>Ensure all pre-operational checks are completed prior to production.</li>
<li>Enforce safe food handling guidelines and ensure employee compliance with food safety standards.</li>
<li>Maintain an organized, clean, and hazard-free beverage department.</li>
<li>Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored in designated locations.</li>
<li>Communicate operational issues to management and coordinate with maintenance as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain overall responsibility for the safety, quality, and efficiency of the beverage production line.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Education and/or relevant on-the-job experience required.</li>
<li>Manufacturing experience preferred.</li>
<li>Basic math skills required.</li>
<li>On-the-job training in inventory management systems.</li>
<li>On-the-job training in batch card processes.</li>
<li>Knowledge of industry-specific processes, skills, and best practices.</li>
<li>Understanding of 5S principles.</li>
<li>Knowledge of powered cleaning equipment operation.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.</li>
</ul>
 
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds with mechanical assistance.</li>
<li>Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and move throughout the entire shift.</li>
<li>Ability to push or pull up to 1,500 pounds using provided equipment.</li>

Full-Time Office/Project onsite 100% Work Location: Ogden, UT US Citizenship required Hourly Rate: $60-$90 ($120-$180K) Per Diem for Daily Meals , Hotels, etc Project Overview: We are is the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partner on the Northrop Grumman team to deliver the Sentinel Program, which is modernizing the ground-based leg of the U.S. nuclear deterrent triad, including intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) systems and launch infrastructure. Our scope of service in Sentinel’s current Engineering &amp; Manufacturing Development phase focuses on the ground infrastructure component of the program. A major contractor for the United States and allied governments, Bechtel has handled such efforts as chemical weapons demilitarization projects, missile-defense, infrastructure, base operations, procurement and project management, and restoration and recovery spanning half a century. We use our expertise to help our customers securely and effectively transform mission delivery. Job Summary: In this role, you will prepare design and procurement documents for the Sentinel Project. This position has technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, and coordinating the design as it pertains to chilled water systems and unique requirement driven equipment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in piping system and equipment design and will be capable of developing design documents and procurement documents, including Specifications, Material Requisitions, Piping and Instrumentation diagrams and equipment data sheets as well as strong organizational and teamwork skills and proven problem-solving capabilities. You will be interfacing and coordinating with other engineering disciplines and the client in the development of the design.
