Responsibilities:

<li>Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to fabricate and repair foundation drilling equipment.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to accurately fabricate parts and assemblies.</li>
<li>Utilize various metalworking tools such as grinders, saws, and plasma cutters to shape and prepare materials for welding.</li>
<li>Inspect, maintain, and repair drilling rigs and associated equipment.</li>
<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and structural issues to ensure the safe and efficient operation of drilling rigs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and perform routine maintenance tasks.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough inspections of welds and fabricated components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each project.</li>
